ArrivalWise does not guarantee wait times, admission, connection success, baggage delivery, pickup time or program availability.

Eligibility

Official rules control

Users are responsible for confirming lane eligibility, travel documents, airline requirements and official entry information.

Submitted reports

Contribution license

By submitting a report, you grant ArrivalWise a non-exclusive license to store, validate, aggregate, analyze and use it to operate, secure, improve and commercialize the service, subject to the published Privacy Notice and applicable law.

Acceptable use

No manipulation or re-identification

  • Do not submit false reports
  • Do not attempt to identify individual travelers
  • Do not scrape protected data or defeat access controls
  • Do not present ArrivalWise as affiliated with CBP or DHS

Effective date

Effective August 2, 2026
