- Exact traveler type selected for eligibility guidance
- Timer and journey timestamps
- Optional arriving flight and optional processing method
- Feedback and pulse reports
- Rotating pseudonymous identifiers for abuse review
- Basic analytics events and app version
Public display
Individual trip context is not public
Public wait observations omit flight number, exact start time, device identifier, exact traveler type and processing method. Public results are intended for aggregation, not passenger tracking.
Partners
Aggregated insights only
ArrivalWise may use and provide aggregated or de-identified travel statistics and predictions for operations, analytics, service improvement and commercial products. Partner-facing outputs do not include identifiable passenger profiles.

- Public reports exclude optional flight and device identifiers
- Protected records are not displayed to other travelers
- Re-identification and individual passenger tracking are prohibited
- Access to protected records is restricted to service operation, security and lawful analytics
