Public wait reports include airport, terminal, lane, traveler category, timestamps, duration and optional flight number. Pulse reports are public. Firebase stores a pseudonymous user ID, device ID, browser information and feedback privately; these are not anonymous in the strict sense. Do not put sensitive information in feedback.
Location and on-device storage
Trip plans stay in your browser until you share or download them. A shared link contains a readable snapshot, including flight/date if entered. Anyone with it can read and forward it. Snapshots do not synchronize, expire securely or support revocation. Removing a local plan does not delete shared copies. Location lookup is optional and permission-based.
Third-party services
Optional Google Analytics starts only after you allow it. It uses cookies/identifiers for usage events and affiliate clicks; change your choice in Analytics preferences. Firebase provides hosting, authentication, storage and security, which may process network/device data. Opening the Airalo/Impact link may use third-party cookies or identifiers for referral attribution under their policies. No purchase or commission is guaranteed.
ArrivalWise
Reports and security records may be retained to operate and protect the service. Contact partners@arrivalwise.com for privacy, access or deletion requests. Do not email passport scans or payment details. Updated 26 October 2026.
